Eye & Vision Clinic in Cheshire and Wallingford, Connecticut provides  general routine and medical eye and vision care for you and your entire family.   We welcome all patients of any ages regardless of the types of health and vision Insurances or self-pay. We participate in major vision care plans and health insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid.  Although it is our policy to verify your insurance eligibility and benefits, it remains your responsibility to know your insurance coverage. If your insurance requires a referral, then please obtain that referral from your PCP.
